We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind then there are a couple of options:
For books purchased instore we will accept a return for an exchange or credit note on production of your receipt. Books must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.

You can return items in person or by post. If you are sending by post then we recommend you package securely and insure the item. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or get damaged in the post. Once we have received the item in good condition we will issue a refund to the original payment method. P&P costs are non-refundable.
We are careful to send out only the highest quality books but if for some reason your receive a faulty, damaged or poor quality book then you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with images. Please send this notification via email to orders@cotswoldbookroom.co.uk. Once we have reviewed your complaint we will replace the item or issue a refund.
